Shipping policy
At Destination Delivered, each box is thoughtfully curated, packed, and shipped with care. Below you’ll find details about our shipping process and what to expect once you place an order.
Shipping Schedule
Destination Delivered is a monthly subscription.
- Payments are processed on the 1st of each month.
- Boxes are carefully curated and prepared for shipping between the 15th–20th of that same month.
- Tracking information will be emailed once your box has shipped.
If you sign up after the 1st of the month, your first payment will be processed on the 1st of the following month, and your first box will ship during that month’s shipping window.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers (i.e. USPS, FedEx, UPS). Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays once the package is in transit.
At this time, Destination Delivered ships within the United States only.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur. Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.
Damaged Packages
Every Destination Delivered box is packed with care, but shipping can occasionally be rough.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at
nicki@destinationdelivered.net, and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and take the appropriate next steps.
Lost or Missing Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Destination Delivered is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or household members
- Looking around your delivery area
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly for additional details
If your package appears to be lost in transit (tracking has not updated for an extended period), please reach out to **nicki@destinationdelivered.net** so we can review the situation and determine next steps.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Destination Delivered is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
