Refund policy
Due to the nature of Destination Delivered boxes being thoughtfully curated and prepared specifically for each subscriber, all sales are final.
No Returns or Refunds
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. This includes subscription renewals and one-time purchases, as each box is curated in advance and packed with care.
We encourage customers to review all product details and policies before subscribing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at
nicki@destinationdelivered.net, and include photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and work with you to resolve it as appropriate.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account. Please note that cancellation requests must be completed at least 14 days before your billing date (the 1st of the month) to avoid being charged for the following month.
Once a subscription payment has been processed, that order is considered final and is not eligible for a refund.
