When can I expect my monthly box?
Monthly payments are processed on the 1st of each month. Each box is then carefully curated, packed, and prepared for shipping between the 15th–20th.
If you join after the 1st, your first payment will be processed on the 1st of the following month, and your first box will ship during that month’s shipping window.
Is there a commitment, or can I cancel at any time?
There is no long-term commitment, and you may cancel your subscription at any time.
You can manage or cancel your subscription by logging into your customer account. Please note that cancellation requests must be completed at least 14 days before your billing date (the 1st of the month) to avoid being charged for the following month.
What if I don't love something in my box?
Every Destination Delivered box is thoughtfully curated with pieces chosen to appeal to a wide range of tastes while still feeling special and intentional. That said, part of the joy of a curated experience is discovering something new — and it’s natural that not every item will be a perfect fit for everyone.
If there’s something that isn’t quite your style, many subscribers love passing it along as a gift. Think of it as a little extra joy — shared with someone else who will truly love it.
Are the edible items gluten-free and/or vegan?
Because each Destination Delivered box is inspired by a different destination, edible items may vary from month to month. Some items may be gluten-free or vegan, while others may not.
At this time, I’m unable to guarantee that all edible items will meet specific dietary needs. Whenever possible, ingredient information is provided so you can make the choice that’s best for you — and many subscribers choose to share or gift edible items if they’re not a fit.
What happens if something in my box arrives damaged?
Every Destination Delivered box is packed with care, but shipping can occasionally be rough. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Do you offer refunds or returns?
Due to the nature of Destination Delivered subscription boxes being thoughtfully curated and prepared specifically for each subscriber, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed or shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and assist.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your box has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Can I give Destination Delivered as a gift?
Destination Delivered makes a thoughtful and unique gift. Many subscribers choose to gift a box to a loved one for birthdays, holidays, or special occasions.
At checkout, you may enter the recipient’s shipping address. Please note that all subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the billing cutoff.
How do I update my payment method?
You can update your payment method at any time by logging into your customer account.
All billing and subscription details are managed securely through your account dashboard.
Can I use a prepaid card for my subscription?
Prepaid cards are not accepted for subscriptions, as they may not support recurring monthly payments.
For uninterrupted service, we recommend using a standard credit or debit card.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Destination Delivered ships within the United States only.
We hope to expand shipping options in the future and will share updates as they become available.
