2026 Christmas Giveaway Official Rules
No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
1. Sponsor
The Destination Delivered 2026 Christmas Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by The Red Poppy Creative LLC d/b/a Destination Delivered (“Sponsor”), 300 W. Clarendon Ave., Suite 300, Phoenix, AZ 85013.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, individuals involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins on October 8, 2026 at 3:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (Arizona time) and ends on October 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Standard Time (Arizona time) (“Promotion Period”).
All entries must be received during the Promotion Period.
4. How to Enter
There are two methods of entry:
Purchase Entry: Purchase one 2026 Christmas Around the World: European Christmas Markets collection from Destination Delivered during the Promotion Period. An eligible purchaser will automatically receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.
Free Entry: During the Promotion Period, visit the Christmas Around the World page on destinationdelivered.net and complete the free online giveaway entry form by providing the requested name and valid email address. A completed eligible entry form will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.
Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry. A purchase is not necessary and will not increase your chances of winning. Entries received through either method have equal odds of winning.
Duplicate entries may be removed. Entrants who purchase a Christmas Around the World collection and also submit the free-entry form will receive a maximum of one entry.
5. Prize
One winner will receive a three-month Destination Delivered subscription, including standard shipping within the United States for all three prize shipments.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $251.85, consisting of three months of Destination Delivered at $73 per month plus standard shipping valued at $10.95 per shipment.
The prize has no cash value and may not be transferred or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
No purchase or payment is required from the winner to receive the prize.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
One potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
The purchase method of entry and free method of entry have equal odds of winning.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address associated with the winning entry.
The potential winner must respond within five (5) days of the initial notification and provide any information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, declines the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Prize Fulfillment
The three-month subscription prize will consist of three consecutive Destination Delivered monthly boxes. Sponsor will pay standard shipping for each of the three prize shipments to one eligible U.S. delivery address supplied by the winner.
The prize subscription will end automatically following fulfillment of the third box. The winner will not be enrolled in a paid recurring subscription and will not be required to provide payment information to receive the prize.
9. Privacy
Personal information submitted for purposes of entering the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, and fulfill the prize.
Entering the Sweepstakes does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing emails from Destination Delivered. Entrants who separately choose to subscribe to Destination Delivered marketing communications may receive those communications in accordance with Destination Delivered's Privacy Policy.
10. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor's decisions concerning the administration and interpretation of the Sweepstakes, which are final to the extent permitted by law.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that Sponsor reasonably determines are fraudulent, automated, duplicated, tampered with, submitted using false information, or otherwise inconsistent with these Official Rules.
If circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affect the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if appropriate, award the prize from among eligible entries received before such action.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, representatives, agents, and service providers from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where such release is prohibited by law.
12. YouTube and Social Media Disclosure
This Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by Destination Delivered. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or any other social media platform on which the Sweepstakes may be promoted.
By participating, entrants release YouTube and applicable social media platforms from liability relating to this Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by law.
Participation must comply with the applicable rules and community guidelines of any platform used in connection with the Sweepstakes.
13. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
